For regular, part-time employees not covered by WSBAIT, the district will pay for the $35 health fair panel.  Other tests desired will need to be paid by cash or check at the time of service.

For best results no food or drink EXCEPT WATER for 10-12 hours prior to blood draw, unless Diabetic.  Drink plenty of water and take medications as usual.

There will be additional Participant Paid Screenings also available: C-Reactive Protein, Ferritin, Folate, Hepatitis C Antibody, Blood Type, Thyroid Antibody, Iron Panel,  Rheumatoid Arthritis Panel, Men’s/Women’s Testosterone and Lead.

Please bring Cash or Check on the day of service for any additional participant paid screenings and simply submit CCMSD receipt with claim form to UMR for consideration under your medical plan to receive reimbursement of these charges.
