The CCSD#1 Board of Trustees is committed to building and maintaining relationships within the county by providing resources needed to sustain a positive learning environment for its students. Our nine-member board holds monthly meetings on a rotating basis and invites the public to their open meetings as a visitor. You can find our policies and board governance on our website under our BoardDocs link.
Our mission is to “prepare and empower all students for successful, lifelong learning through effective teaching”. The district employs highly qualified staff to support our students, who have consistently performed above the average on Wyoming state assessments. We have a rich history of success in academics, athletics, and activities in all three communities of Hulett, Moorcroft, and Sundance. We are proud of our students!
We welcome you to look around the website to check out the great things happening in our schools. You will find valuable information, including curriculum resources being utilized in our classrooms, assessment data, and our state report card. Parents and community partners are encouraged to support the education of all students and encourage everyone to become involved in our mission to “prepare and empower all students for successful, lifelong learning through effective teaching.”
