Welcome to Crook County

Crook County School District #1 will prepare and empower all students for successful, lifelong learning through effective teaching.

The goal of this communication plan is to raise public confidence in Crook County School District #1 (CCSD#1) by increasing communication between CCSD#1 at the district level and building level with the internal and external stakeholder groups. The Crook County communication plan will convey an opportune communication that will be accurate and timely. This plan will provide the community with an understanding and awareness of the learning opportunities in CCSD#1. The communication plan will concentrate on two types of stakeholders; internal (students, teachers, administration, classified staff, and Wyoming DOE) and external (parents, business members, organizations, and other community members).

Robust CTE Programs

By integrating practical skills with academic knowledge, we empower students to explore their interests and discover their career paths. Our dedicated instructors bring real-world experience to the classroom, ensuring students gain valuable insights and training directly applicable to their future careers. Our CTE programs equip students with essential skills, foster a strong work ethic, and prepare them for post-secondary education and immediate entry into the workforce.

Community Support

“Three Communities, One Team,” has become more than a motto for our district. Student success relies heavily on the relationships of community members and parents. Organizations such as Parent Involvement Committees, Booster Clubs, and community-facilitated recreation activities enrich the values of our educational institutions.
