Non-Discrimination Policy

Crook County School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs and activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups.

 

Title IX 

Any student of this district who believes he or she has been discriminated against, denied a benefit, or excluded from participation in any district program or activity on the basis of sex violation of Title IX policy may file a written complaint with the compliance officer. All complaints of discrimination based on gender or disability, including harassment and assault, shall follow and be administered pursuant to Title IX policies and procedures.

Homeless Students

Any child in this district who is homeless or in transitional housing has the opportunity to receive services from Crook County School District.  The policies concerning homeless students can be found here and here.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact:
